We ship orders overseas by mail service. After processing
your order, we will send it to a shipping company and it will be completely
handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your
country's postal service. Please kindly contact your local postal service when it has arrived in your country.
We will send you the tracking code the email that
you entered when placing your order. This email will also guide you how to
track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed
2-5 days after receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have
received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most
cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over
Although very rare, your shipment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. weather, customs or backlogs). Please note that tracking information can only be displayed after your order has been shipped.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping
company and they will handle your shipment. Depending on each shipping company's
policy or customs procedure, you may be charged an extra fee for the final
delivery if your shipping address is in a
remote area. Depending on your country's customs policy, an additional import tax may be imposed on your order.
If you provided us an incorrect shipping address, you should
contact us immediately by sending an email
to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us your correct address. We will then proceed to try and modify the order. Unfortunately, if your order was shipped out, we are really sorry but we are not
able to change it for you nor send a replacement package without a fee.
There are 2 common reasons that result in your package being returned:
shipping address is incorrect/insufficient, or
2) You are absent at the time of delivery.
In cases where your shipping address is not correct, we are not
able to replace your order as it was processed correctly.
If you were absent at the time of delivery, please contact your nearest post office and provide them the tracking number. Postal services will return to sender if the package has not been collected after a certain period. If your package is not at the post office, please write to us at email@example.com and provide us your shipping address. If the address in your email matches your shipping address in our system we will send a replacement.

If for any reason the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as per your order, we will offer a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, reason for return and (if applicable) evidence/photos of any product faults.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We will review your email and provide you further instructions to process your return. Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items, as we are unable to refund items that are damaged due to improper protection and we are not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us.
We ask that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item and assessed that it is in an acceptable condition, we will credit the original payment method according to the processing time of your bank.
